Unfortunately this intermittent issue is still occurring. We are in constant contact with our SMTP email provider for a resolution. We use a very highly respected email service. This is the first time in over fives years that we've had this type of problem that we are aware of. As soon as we have more information, an update will be sent.
The email issue looks to have been resolved. We are continuing to monitor to be 100%, but you should now be able to send your emails as normal. If you would like us to retry to send any of your emails that had previously resulted in an error, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would just need the date and time of the email you wish to have us resend. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. Let us know if you have any questions.
Unfortunately we have noticed some additional errors this morning. We are working closely with the email relay company to figure out a solution as soon as possible.
We have taken steps to automatically retry email sends to minimize failures while our sendmail service continues to investigate. Although our current sendmail provider has been an excellent partner for many years, these continued disruptions have been unacceptable. Therefore, we have also taken steps to migrate to an alternative sendmail service in the Amazon cloud that will provide greater performance and reliability. We will continue to work furiously to permanently resolve this issue.
