- Log in to VolunteerMatters and navigate to the previously created Contact Record within the database and click on the record. Click on Admin > Database and navigate to the record in question and click on the "View Record Detail" icon for that record.
- Click on 'Site User Record' link in the "System Access" box.
- Click 'Edit' on Site User Record.
- Check the boxes for 'Email Password' and 'Reset Password'** if you want the password to be sent to the members email or you can just 'Assign' password to something you desire.
- Click Save.
**If the record does not have an email address associated with it you will not see the 'Reset Password' box and you will need to manually assign the password.
