Reset a contact's password.

  1. Log in to VolunteerMatters and navigate to the previously created Contact Record within the database and click on the record. Click on Admin > Database and navigate to the record in question and click on the "View Record Detail" icon for that record.  
  2. Click on 'Site User Record' link in the "System Access" box.
  3. Click 'Edit' on Site User Record.
  4. Check the boxes for 'Email Password' and 'Reset Password'** if you want the password to be sent to the members email or you can just 'Assign' password to something you desire.
  5. Click Save.


**If the record does not have an email address associated with it you will not see the 'Reset Password' box and you will need to manually assign the password.
