Manage fields which appear in the online contact directory.

  1. Log in to the VolunteerMatters Administrative Website and navigate to Setup > Directory Fields where you may set each field to: 

    • Always Include (appears in the directory and the contact cannot opt out of it's publication) 
    • Include (Appears by default but a contact may opt out of it's publication by updating their "Preferences")
    • Do Not Include (Does not appear in the online directory)

  2. For Status, Telephone, and Address fields, you can opt to exclude individual types by checking the appropriate box. Note that the 'Birth Date' field does not show the year in the directory.

  3. Click 'Update' to save your changes.

Contact Directory Users will be able to filter the directory on any field marked "Always Include."
