Direct URL / hyperlink to the volunteer registration form (aka volunteer application form)

Each VolunteerMatters subscriber is assigned a unique 'customer code'.  If you created a trial automatically your customer code is the "Organization Short Name" you entered.   Access to the service is provided utilizing the following convention: 

http://www.VolunteerMatters.com/login/{InsertCustomerCodeHere}

By default, any user that visits this page is prompted to either "login" (if they already have a username and password) or "register now" (if they are new to the organization).  Clicking the "register now" button will bring the visitor directly to the registration form.
